City of Morgan Hill. Improved approximately 0.8 mile of 4 lane divided arterial through rural neighborhood to serve as major thoroughfare to relieve traffic congestion in the north-south direction between Tennant Avenue and Watsonville Road with bridge crossing over the railroad tracks (UPRR). Regional flood control basin at Maple and Seymour Avenue
